You are going to laugh your BTB ass off but I use the Slim in 6 workout. I've been using it for about 4-5 years now and it's the fastest way I've found to tone and lose weight. And the Slim & limber exercises are INCREDIBALLS! It's one of the main reasons why I'm so flexible.
