I recently acquired some pets, Rob's been missing too, so I think pet therapy has really helped me cope...
I still get sad sometimes,
But, I manage with the love of my pets and lots of meds ;)

ReplyDeleteIt's ok though, because I know how fucked-up RL can be? Hey, you have excellent health and the strength to fight, you can kick its ass. I know one thing, happiness come from within you, you can't depend on anyone to give it to you! Even in the worst of situation I try to fine a tiny bit of good/positive to hold on to. That tiny bit of positive is what helps to strengthen my mind and in return helps me to think and see the situation through, and for what it is. Sometimes no matter how hard we try we just can't change the bad, but we can sure improve on the good!
