I hate UTIs!!!! They fucking suck... I used to get them a lot (I think it's a sign of a short urethra). Many years ago, when I was constantly fighting them, my Dr. prescribed a "prophylactic" dose of Macrodantin. I take one pill after sex, and I never get them anymore. I worry sometimes that my body will become immune to the antibiotics, because I sometimes take them 5-6 times a week. ;-)

My second birth was vaginal, and I did not tear AT ALL. As with everything in life (and I learned a lot... much later than the average girl... maybe that is why I'm enjoying myself so much right now) "If you could go back and do things again, with the knowledge you know now, things would have turned out so much better."
