Thanks FB loves ya too! We have a chocolate lab who eats everything and since last night he's been hacking, choking and puking. Hubby was supposed to take him to the vet at 1:45pm and instead he went on a firecall and Alie is asleep and Texas is at the shop with hubby's dad and so his dad calls me freaking out cause Texas is getting worse so now I get to go wake up my cranky 2 year old to take her to the vet with me plus gotta pick up the boys while I'm at the vet. Plus Alie's been going through some testing cause she's been having belly issues so she is horrible right now cause she hates doctors. Plus hubby has been an as for the last 2 months so I'm just kinda frustrated right now. Sorry for venting. I'm off to go wake up Alie and goto the vet. Hopefully they can still squeeze him in! Seriously Texas is worse than Marley from Marley and me!

Thanks lady! It really has been pouring but thankfully the news from the vet wasn't bad! She figures our dog has an upper respiratory infection so he's on prednisone to reduce the inflammation and robitussin for his cough....lol.
We'll find out about Alie's tummy soon. Might be celiac disease or could be IBS or hopefully neither! We have family history of celiac disease though....

The meds seem to be working for Texas so that's a good thing and with Alie it's more of a wait and see. I've started her food journal and we'll go from there. I'm hoping it was just a stubborn virus!
